When singing to a backing track we recommend recording one song per hour to do justice to a song. This varies depending on the complexity of the material but is a useful rule of thumb.
Of course the original artists. who release their tracks, probably take much much longer to record their vocals and please bear this in mind when listening to the examples on the Audio Clips menu.
