Making A Purchase
You can call us on 0131 556 4882 to make payments or if you are buying a gift voucher we can accept any credit/debit card for online payments through paypal.
Payment can be via credit or debit cards, or if you prefer by cheque, though delivery of your gift vouchers may take longer using this method of payment. If you prefer you can telephone or email your credit card details. Our e-commerce software is completely secure and bank approved, and transaction details encrypted and therefore safe.
Online Colour: We do our best to accurately represent the colour of our gift vouchers via digital photography. We have no control, however, over our customers’ monitor settings and therefore cannot guarantee that colours will be exactly as shown on our website.
Shipping And Handling
Delivery of vouchers are free within the UK and £2.00 per mail out anywhere in Europe. We post Royal Mail First Class. All orders received by 11.00am will normally be sent out within two days to the delivery address stated on your order.
Credit Card Security
When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using geo trust SSL. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site. You can be assured that all transactions made through our site are 100%.
Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If not satisfied, however, please advise us within 7 days of receiving your voucher. You will be issued with a full refund once we have received and examined it. Please e-mail email@example.com. quoting your order details, the reason for return and whether you require a refund or replacement. We will advise you how to proceed with the return process.
Our company (Royal Mile Recording Experiences/Offbeat Music Production ) does not disclose buyers information to third parties other than when details are processed as part of the order fullfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
If you need to cancel or change your gift experience booking, you must do this within 48 hours of your booking date to allow us time to fill the slot and reschedule your booking. contact us immediately
If you need to cancel your activity because of accidental injury/illness to yourself, or a death in your immediate family you should contact us as it may be possible to re-arrange your activity on presentation of a copy of a medical or death certificate.
Your right to return faulty goods is protected under the EU Selling Directive. Please e-mail royalmilerecordingexperiences.com quoting your order details and the reason for return. We will advise you how to proceed with the return process.
Vouchers are valid for a maximum period of 18 months (excluding promotions). Please note these experiences are designed for Singers, Songwriters, Rappers & Instrumentalists and are not ideally suited for Band recordings where the drummer uses an acoustic drum kit.
You will find the expiry date printed on the Voucher. You must book and complete your activity prior to the expiry date. If you are unable to use your Voucher within the validity period, the Voucher can be extended for a period of up to six months. A Voucher can only be extended once and must be done while the voucher is valid.
A £15 administration fee is payable if you choose to extend your validity.
If you are not satisfied with your Voucher pack, please call us within 7 days of purchase and we will happily arrange a full refund on receipt of your Voucher. Refunds will be paid back onto the credit/debit card used to place the original order, or by cheque. No interest will be paid on the amount to be refunded. Refunds cannot be issued beyond this 7 day period.
Vouchers will not be issued until payment is collected in full. There is no VAT payable on our experiences.
For party bookings we require a 150 GBP non refundable deposit to confirm a booking and the balance is payable two weeks prior to the event when we ask you to confirm final numbers attending. After this point it’s not possible to reduce numbers. However extra participants can attend if you inform us prior to the event.
Kids Party Cancellation Policy
The minimum payment of £150 is payable at time of booking. Extra participants can be paid for on the day of the event. Please inform us of final numbers no later than 48 hours prior to the event if possible.
Please notify us 48 hours before the event at he latest of extra people you expect to turn up. They will be charged at the same rate per person as per the initial booking.
All photographs and videos taken at the event will remain the copyright of Royal Mile Recording Experiences although you will have full permission to copy and distribute copies in any medium you wish.
All the content on this website is the property of Offbeat Music Production. We will vigorously pursue any person or company who steals images, text copy or music from this website.

These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer, and are governed by and in accordance with Scottish law. The purchaser agrees that any problems fall under the jurisdiction of the Scottish courts. All the clauses and sub clauses in our terms and conditions are independent of each other. If one clause or sub clause is invalid or unenforceable, this will not affect any other clause or sub clause.
